Gelatin is very shortage in our country. Over one fifth of annual requirement amounts relies on importance, it is very necessary to produce high gelatin with super extra value. Pingliang has been terminal of production and trade since it was in olden days. Average slaughtering 200 million head of oxen, 150 million head of sheep, and 500 million ton gelatin can be provided. Including the resource of peripheral area, Pingliang can supply 9000 ton bone per year. The project not only fully utilizes local resource, but also improve the extra value of production and economical benefits.
