The project will adopt new type drying kiln which has low energy consumption and high productivity per unit volume, which is the rotary kiln with a precalcinator and contains five grade preheating device. The factory expands 1000T/d chamotte new type drying cement productive line in order to make his productive level and technology equipment get advanced level in our country. The annual output of cement chamotte  is 300000 tons, cement is 344000 tons.

The total investment of the project

The budgetary estimate is ￥ 181.44 millions, which include fixed assets of ￥177.86 millions.

The economic benefits

The annual selling revenue is ￥ 79.47 millions, profits tax is ￥ 26.17 millions after it is set up. The total investment will be regained in 7years.
