The general situation of the project

The southern ring road is a main road from east to west in the south of the city. It begins with Qilidian which connects with 312national road, and ends with the cement factory in Pingliang city which connects with the road from Pingliang to Jingchuan.The whole length of 9.56 kilometers and the width of 24 meters have been planned. It can be divided into east road, middle road and west road of southern sing. The shape of the road is complex. There are six bridges and four culverts. The surface of the road is asphalt. It has the installations, such as giving and ejecting water, road light, greenbelt, telecommunication and so on. The total area of the road is about 260000 square meters. The earthwork of digging and filling is 283165 cubic meters. The road base is 144844 square meters. The asphalt road surface is 163050 square meters. There are 10 bridges and culverts altogether. There are 816 wells for draining and checking and rain wells. The length of the drainage pipeline is 12860 meters.

The total investment of the project

The budgetary estimate cost is ￥49.76 millions, which include the cost for previous period of ￥ 24.126millions (dismantling and moving, making a requisition of land, measuring and designing), the cost for roadbed of ￥ 4.518 millions, the cost for road stone of ￥ 4.076 millions, the cost for bridge and culvert engineering of ￥4.2millions, the cost for drainage engineering of ￥7.032millions, the cost for pavement of ￥1.3553 millions, the cost for road light of ￥ 480 thousand yuan.
