The general situation of the project

The total city area of Chongxin county is 6 square kilometers. Now there are over 300 more than two-story buildings. The building area is over 200000 square meters. In the overall plan, the people in the city will increase 30000 people according to far-term plan (in the year 2015). By estimate the total mount of applying water is 3300 cubic meters/d or so. The displacement per day is 240 cubic meters/d or so. According to short-term statistics and forecast on economical developing strategy, the population of the city will reach 35000 people in 2015. The displacement will be 5400cubic meters/d. The amount of ejecting pollution in paper factory will be 3000 cubic meters/d. In the light of climate, topography and landforms of the county, the project with stream of waste water to eject pollution will be adopted. A new factory processing waste water will be built according to the plan. Two 4PW-108 waste water pump will be installed.

The investment and benefits

The total investment is ￥ 8.25 millions. The allowance of  ￥4millions will be given by the state (province, area). Funds raised by them is ￥1.2 millions. The annual depreciation charge on equipment is  ￥240 thousand yuan. The charge for electricity is  ￥53 thousand yuan. Salary and welfare funds are ￥48 thousand yuan. The charge of management is  ￥4000 yuan. The annual average amount of ejecting pollution is 87600 cubic meters. The average charge of ejecting water is  ￥ 0.37yuan per cubic meter.

Planning department of administrative office in Pingliang area has given an official and set up the project by the article No. (2001) 293 and has reported the project to the planning committee of Gansu province by the article No.(2001)330 and is waiting for the reply.
