The scale of the build

The company will build a 300t/d new type drying special cement chamotte productive line .The annual output of cement chamotte will be 90 thousand ton, which includes 54 thousand ton special cement chamotte, 36 thousand ton common cement chamotte. The company will also utilize fully existing equipment and installation to build powder-grinding station, sintering system, crude material storehouse and so on. We mainly utilize gangue to produce cement of sulphate-resisting and silicate-resisting using by oil well, road cement and well cement.

The condition of the build

The highway from Pingliang to Huatin goes through the company. It is separately 35 kilometers and 43 kilometers from Ankou railway station and Pingliang's. The traffic is convenient. Water and power is sufficient. The main raw material such as limestone, gangue, clay and so on is rich. The cement has high chemical quality, can satisfy producing, processing and technical requirements. It lays a solid foundation for producing all kinds of high-grade and high quality cement that accords with the market demands.

The estimating investment

The total investment will be ￥38.96 million, which includes ￥8.82 million building investments, ￥18.59 million equipment investments and ￥11.55 million other investments.

The economic benefits

The annual increasing selling revenue will be ￥38 million and the profit tax will be ￥15 million after the project is finished.
