Flax factory in Zhuanglang county owns fixed assets of ￥4.6 millions. It processes end product flax 3000 tons every year. The quality of the flax tallies with national standards. The application of the product can not meet the market requirement. The factory is located in the city proper of the county. The condition of water, power, traffic and communication is convenient. The application of raw material can be guaranteed. The factory will build workshops of 1500 square meters and purchase equipments of 92 sets. The annual output of flax is 5000 spindles.

The total budgetary estimate cost is ￥83.5millions, After it is set up , the annual selling revenue is ￥ 109 millions,  the increasing profits tax is ￥ 42 millions.
