Apple white is a king of distillation white spirit that uses apple as raw material by breaking, fermenting, distilling with kettle. It is still the first example in our country. It not only utilizes rich apple resource in our country and resolves the question which orchard worker is difficult to sell their fruits, but also tallies with national policies of making spirit with fruit to replace grain to save the grain when spirit is brewed

The total budgetary estimate cost is ￥9.95millions, After it is set up , the annual selling revenue is ￥ 29.65millions,  the profit tax is ￥18.45 millions.
